I am delighted to be able to take the BSc Real Estate students to Bristol and Cardiff; two markets that I have worked in, admittedly some years ago. I truly hope that you will get to know and enjoy both cities as much as I do and understand some of the similarities and differences between each location.
This year we have placed a strict time element to the assignment that will be like the pressures and time constraints you will face in practice. Having to upload your report by 14:00 on Friday 28th October 2022 will mean that you will have to adopt some of the core values we have discussed in the PPT lectures, and we will see if you and your group are able to ensure that they can achieve the very best standards, in a timely manner, in submitting a professional report.
